Privacy policy

This policy explains what data OutageWave collects and how it is used.

What we collect

To record reports and ratings, we create an anonymous identifier in your browser. It does not contain your name, email or phone number. We store the service reported, the type of problem and the time.

If you sign in with your Google account (required to comment, like and save favorites), Google shares your name, photo and email with us. Your name and photo appear on your comments; your email is never shown. We also store the list of services you saved as favorites.

How we use it

To show the volume of reports in real time, compute each service's status and prevent repeated or automated reports.

Public comments

Comments are visible to everyone. Do not post personal data, documents or passwords.

Your rights

You can ask us to remove a comment or for information about your data through our contact channel.
